[Bug 63987] Create Document -> empty Document (Permission Error)

I am running fully updated ubuntu edgy here. Installed Today (04.10.06)

There is a strange Bug.

When I rightklick the Desktop or anywhere in my Home folder (where I
definatly have write rights) and select create Document -> empty
Document I get an Error:

German: "Fehler beim Anlegen eines neuen Dokuments. Sie haben nicht die
nötigen Zugriffsrechte, um auf das Ziel zu schreiben."

Translation: "Error creating the document. You do not have the needed Acessrights to write to the goal"

The strange thing is, that I can copy any existing File to the Desktop/Home or delete it. Only this rightklick -> create document thing fails.
