[Bug 63729] Re: Yelp home page not completely translated

Thanks for your bug. The .xml are built with the package and not using
language packs. We don't keep the patch during unstable serie because it
would require to be ported at every new version which is extra work.
I've uploaded a package patched now though since the version should not
change (or not many times) before edgy:

 yelp (2.16.1-0ubuntu2) edgy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/07_translations_from_rosetta.patch:
     - update po files with translations from rosetta,
       make the xml files built by the package being translated (Ubuntu: #63729)

Not closing the bug, I'll update the patch again before edgy with
updated translations from rosetta
