[Bug 48704] totem laggs while opening web page

Public bug reported:


1. Start an mp3 file.
2. Surf to this web page:
http://techrepublic.com.com/5100-10881_11-6075621.html?tag=fdlead1#
3. Listen as the audio gets all choppy and hacks, sometimes with a full second of silence.
4. I used Firefox but this  is not a Firefox bug. I have never experienced anything like this on Windows nice the Win9X days.
