[Bug 27646] the new folder can't step into rename stage after its creation

1.Open FileBrowser by click "Places"->"Home Folder";
2.Open menu "File Browser"->"File";
3.Click item "Create Folder";
4.Focus is not on the new folder, and the new folder is not in rename stage.
