[Bug 65091] [edgy] dragging icons on panel for two times cause launcher config loss

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Click on a launcher icon on the panel and drag it at left or right
Now re-click on icon and re-drag it. The launcher loss it's properties (and then
no more work) and a generic icons appear. 
If you right click over icon and select "move" it's all ok!
