[Bug 65148] Dragging window with mouse can trigger maximize

Not sure if this is a GNOME or metacity problem.

I'm using Dapper 6.06.1
I have a Logitech MX1000 (cordless laser mouse).  No similar problems in other OSes.

Clicking and dragging the titlebar of a window frequently causes the
dragged window to maximize.  I notice this most often in the GIMP -
maybe three times an hour.

I assume that the double-click timeout is too short, so if there is some
interruption of the hold-down of the LMB, this is seen as a double-
click.
