[Bug 65167] Can't select a folder when adding an mh-format / maildir / mbox account

Public bug reported:

The location option is a file chooser not a folder chooser, preventing
the selection of a valid folder.

There is a patch upstream, it would be good to get this in for edgy but
I realise its a little late in the cycle.
