[Bug 64412] pt_PT instead of pt_BR

Public bug reported:

I noticed that the translation for pkgconf-gnome-applets have been
somehow switched from pt_BR to 'pt' under Dapper.  In order to see this,
execute the following command:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure gnome-applets

The correct translation for pt_BR can be seen here
