I noticed that firefox ignores the dpi settings, because I changed it (98) and looked at the screen :)... I have a high resolution laptop lcd
I tried very high dpi settings (~160) and firefox website fonts were as tiny as before (also after restarting firefox)

Furthermore I tried layout.css.dpi at 0, that didn't do anything for me
so I gave it a high value around 130 and after restarting firefox at
least one website had big fonts but most of my bookmarks didn't.
