[Bug 66835] Power Management Status icon displays incorrectly for Tripp Lite UPS

I have a Tripp Lite OMNI1000LCD UPS that shows up as a usb hiddev
device. Under the device manager, it shows up with
battery.charge.level.percentage, battery.charge_level.current,
battery.reporting.current, and battery.reporting.percentage  as 100, and
under the power information page (right click on notification-area icon
-> information), it shows as "Status: Charged" and "Percentage charge:
100%", however, the notification-area icon itself displays an
exclamation point and claims "UPS Charging (0%)" when mouse-over'd.
