I am not able to reproduce that. I just started evince 0.6.1-0ubuntu1 and choose Edit->Toolbar, the 'Zoom In' and 'Zoom Out' buttons are both listed and I can add them to the toolbar. -- regression: zoom in/zoom out buttons no longer available https://launchpad.net/bugs/67500
