[Bug 67630] Version 0.9.6 is really 0.9.3.1

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Upgraded to 0.9.6 of rhythmbox, but it seems to contain 0.9.3.1.
Reinstalled several times.  I believe it really is 0.9.3.1 because none
of the features of 0.9.6 seem to be present.

Here is the output of dpkg -l and rhythmbox --version.
