[Bug 67631] Crashed on Kubuntu Human Icon Set

Public bug reported:

I opened the Gnome Theme Manager, and changed to the icon tab.  On
selecting the Kubuntu Human icon set, all the Gnome panels disappeared.
I clicked back on the Tangerine set, and on clicking close, the crash
error popped up.  I'm running the latest release of Edgy Eft 6.10.
