[Bug 67682] more granularity for the priority of the messages

hi,

users in my company asked me how to set the priority of outgoing
messages.

I've show them the option when composing a new message "insert ->
'prioriser' the message"...

They would like to have more options : "very hi/hi/normal/low/very low"
like thunderbird.
