I this one thing very badly for evolution:

an _easy_ way to backup _all_ data and settings from evolution.

By now, evolution stores it's settings in different places. It's not
enough to save ~/.evolution. No, you have to safe some files from
gconf... and so on.

Either evolution should be able to store _everything_ in ~/.evolution or
you should have a "backup all evolution data and settings"-menue.
