please don't abuse other bugs. Your backtrace shows that your issue is
not the same as the one from that bug, there is not only one crasher for
gnome-panel, usually it's better to open a new bug when you are not sure
rather than using an already closed bug which is about a different issue

your issue is bug #66189. Do you still have the .recently-used.xbel it
can be useful to debug the issue
