[Bug 68529] Application Launcher Icon's Disappear on Second Move

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When you create an Application Launcher on gnome-panel and then move it
twice ( a simple click and drag, even for 1 pixel will suffice), on the
second move the icon's properties get erased and the icon is reset to
the default alert-type icon.
