[Bug 68543] gaim - Hebrew contact names don't appear correctly

Binary package hint: gaim

In gaim 2.0 on Edgy, contact names in Hebrew appear as 'gibberish' (as
if the codepage/encoding is wrong).

Contact names appear messed up both in the contact list, and in the
title of a chat window during a conversation.
