[Bug 68642] Automatic contacts are just broken

Public bug reported:

I use edgy, with fresh home directory (and conffiles), and automatic
contacts just do not work. Evolution needs an easy way to populate the
contacts, not only when one replies, but e.g. when selecting multiple
e-mail addresses (suppose I receive a mail with 4 people in CC and want
to create a contact group with all the recipients).
