[Bug 68707] Import on camera dock event not firing

Public bug reported:

I have discovered that I can not import when I dock my camera anymore.
It worked on Dapper. I worked on discovering what the issues were. I ran
the command:

gnome-volume-manager-gthumb %h

from the terminal and got what I expected: the import wizard from
gthumb, but I also recieved the following in the terminal:

14539: arguments to dbus_message_new_method_call() were incorrect, assertion "_dbus_check_is_valid_path (path)" failed in file dbus-message.c line 797.
This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library.
libhal.c 995 : Couldn't allocate D-BUS message
error: libhal_device_get_property_type: (null): (null)
