[Bug 68898] Upgraded from Ubuntu 6.6 to 6.10 Alacart Missing

Binary package hint: alacarte

After upgrading, I had the Alacart Menu after the 1st re-boot, but I no
longer have Alacart on my system. What can I attemt to do to get the
Alacart Menu active?
