[Bug 68829] [time-admin] lack of reactivity of the NTP servers list

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

if you want to toggle a server in the "Select Servers" dialog, it takes
seconds before the according checkbox is changed. While the user doesn't
get a feedback, he is confused and will klick a second time.

obviously the time update is done in the event handler not during dialog
exit.
