[Bug 58471] Package description still includes removed applets

Public bug reported:

The Sticky notes and Command line applets are no longer included in the
gnome-applets package (iirc because they were replaced by Tomboy and
Deskbar, respectively). They are still present in the package
description though, I think they should be removed there too.
