[Bug 58837] Serpentine filters out .Mp3 files from add dialogue (case-sensitivity)

Public bug reported:

I had a bunch of files I wanted to add to serpentine. I noticed that one
song kept being unnoticed by serpentine. I checked the file in nautilus,
and found that the file had the extension ".Mp3" and not ".mp3" as the
others. The bug, as it seems, is that .Mp3 files don't show up in the
add dialoge. Changing the filename to .mp3 was a workaround, but this is
a severe bug and should be fixed.
