[Bug 58942] Evolution defaults to "Anniversary" category when selecting contacts

Binary package hint: evolution

When selecting contacts to send mail (clicking on the "To:" button)
evolution defaults to the "Anniversary" category (alphabetic); however,
a better UI experience would be to default to "Any Category" or the last
selected category.
