[Bug 50119] url links in the About box of gtkmm applications don't work

Public bug reported:

1. run a gtkmm application that has an about box with a url link in it
2. click url link
3. nothing happens

There's a very simple fix already committed to CVS.  It'd be nice if
this patch could make it into the ubuntu package as well. See
