The patch has been applied to upstream's CVS, according to the fella on
Gnome's BTS.  Now, do we close the relevant Ubuntu bug?  Or do we wait
until the fix has trickled into Ubuntu?

...And is there any way for describing (through Launchpad) which
releases are affected by the bug (e.g., breezy, dapper, ...) and,
perhaps, an indication of whether or not the fix will make it into each
release (other than, of course, placing it directly in the description
or a comment)?
