[Bug 59307] Recycle bin problems

This is a pretty minor problem, but when I delete things from a file
system that is not the Ubuntu native one (in this case either my
external usb hard drive or my FAT partition for sharing files between
Windows and Ubuntu) the recycle bin icon on the bottom right of the
taskbar does not update properly nor does it allow emptying unless I
click on it and empty from the "File" menu of the file browser. Not a
big deal really but if its not a tough fix it would help greatly the
feel of the operating system.
