[Bug 59784] dirty bookmark adress management

Public bug reported:

First I handly created a bookmark with http://standblog.org as adress.
Yet the bookmark was linked to http://www.stanblog.org, which doen't exist.
I suppressed my bokmark and create a new one from the contextual menu of the http://standblog.org web page.

This new bookmark works fine.

The bookmarks manager should not always add www. in the adresses handly
tipped by the users…
