[Bug 59928] gtk-cancel/gtk-no icon is confusing

Public bug reported:

Currently an arrow to the left is used for the default cancel and no
icon. This metaphor is already in use by the default revert action icon.
Furthermore the yellow colored arrow doesn't give me the right feeling
for the impacts of a cancel action: all done changes get lost.

The old red cross seems to be a widely known icon.

** Affects: tango-icon-theme-common (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
