[Bug 59934] since updating to edgy, HP Deskjet 600 is not detected at all

Hi,
I updated to current Edgy a week or so ago,
and since then printing did not work anymore.
I then tried to re-add the printer, and it's no longer being detected at all.
It's a HP Deskjet 600, hooked up to LPT1.
