[Bug 60047] Folders with new messages are prefixed 'folder-display|'

If a folder has a new message, its name is prefixed 'folder-display|'.
This has only started happening recently, I can't remember it happening
before I turned my computer off last night (I updated before turning it
off). Will attach a screenshot.
