[Bug 60557] Logout key not working in a Dell Inspiron 630m

Public bug reported:

Pressing that big button to turn on/off the laptop does nothing in Edgy,
while it works perfectly in Dapper.

I'm talking about that special key with the same "log out" icon of the
panel capplet many laptops have separated from the keyboard. In Dapper
it opens the logout dialog, in Edgy does nothing.
