[Bug 60822] bug-buddy wants to use sendmail

Binary package hint: bug-buddy

bug-buddy should be able to use evolution / thunderbird / other to send
bug reports. Currently (Dapper up-to-date) it wants to use sendmail. I'm
not sure how many desktop users would use sendmail?
