[Bug 60957] New workspaces should be called Desk X instead of Workspace X

Public bug reported:

On a fresh Edgy install, the default workspaces are called Desk 1 and Desk 2, however when you add more of them, they're named in the old fashion - Workspace 3, Workspace 4, etc.
It should be changed to ensure the consistency of naming conventions.
