Deskbar plugins can have a "More..." button in the plugins list. The
beagle-live plugin already detects if beagled is running, and allows the
user to start it via a dialog popping up when "More..." is clicked.

It would be easy to patch deskbar-applet to have beagle-live popup a
dialog asking whether the user wanted to install beagle directly, if it
is not already installed...

This would have to be an Ubuntu specific patch ofcourse.
