If you check the "upstream bug", this feature has been removed from
recent versions of rhythmbox.  There is a bug for adding a more general
online lookup feature as a plugin instead.

I think it was gone in 0.9.3, it has definitely gone in 0.9.5

Should this bug be closed or marked as invalid/won't fix/fixed?
