[Bug 62188] applets disorganized when change back screen resolution

Hello,

Sometimes I need to change my screen resolution, 1280x768, to a lower.
When I change back to 1280x768, all applets come back disorganized. They
are all lockeds and this happens in both, top and botton, panels.
