[Bug 82628] cookie management popup doesn't close itself after pressing "OK" button

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

When a website puts a cookie on Epiphany, a popup cookie management
appears. Clicking on "OK" to accept the cookie does not close the popup.

Workaround:
Pressing the [ESC] key after having clicked will close the popup at last.
