Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

There should be some way to set up network manager so that it does not
require a keyring password. I think that If someone logs in on my
laptop they should not be prompted again to get to a wireless network.
No other OS does this. If this is this way why not make firefox get a
key to access its stored passwords.
