[Bug 77293] crash when editing tag icon

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: f-spot

I get an error/crash when I right click on a tag, select "Edit tag" and then
click on the icon.

I'm reporting it here so that I will get bugmail when the fix is
uploaded, and also so that any others experiencing this problem can see
the bug.
