[Bug 84166] [feisty] hotkeys not working in totem

I'm using feisty and totem 2.17.91-0ubuntu1
play/pause stop previous and next (keyboard hotkeys) do not work.
They instead work in rhythmbox.
They are set up in keyboard shorcuts.
