Thank you for the log. The backtrace is weird. Does the crash happens every time? Could you try to get a backtrace with gdb and gnome-media-dbgsym libgstreamer0.10-0-dbg installed?
- gdb gnome-sound-properties
(gdb) run
... get the crash
(gdb) thread apply all bt
