[Bug 84586] Please remove 6 of 7 a11y themes

Binary package hint: gnome-themes

(as we discussed in Oslo)

High Contrast Inverse is the most useful. The others should be removed
from the default install.

One solution would be to move HCI to gnome-themes and not install the
accessibility themes pckage (with the remaining 6) by default. Another
option is to split the gnome-accessibility-themes package in two.
