[Bug 84834] evolution message send options error

Binary package hint: evolution

1) - The Send Option menu bar item dont show any graphics
2) - On composing mail message trying to access Send Options

Show a window with this error message:
Internal error, unknown error 'mail-composer:send-options-support' requested
