[Bug 84968] Not work brightness with HAL in notebook Compaq Presario V2417LA

Binary package hint: hal

I add in gnome-panel "Brightness Applet" V2.17.90  and message "Cannot
get laptop panel brightness". Fn+F7 (Down brightness); Fn+F8(Up
brightness) work fine.
