[Bug 85013] Fiesty Alpha 3 cpu time 99-100 percent when "Control" Center is visible

Feisty Alpha 3 using 99-100 percent of cpu time while
Control Center is visible. Click Control center off and cpu
time goes to 6-9 percent. I did not notice this until after some
updates today. February 13, 2007-7:01 pm
