[Bug 85545] "Sessions" in new Control Center should be under Personal

Public bug reported:

Currently "Sessions" is under "System" in the control center.  There's
nothing in there that modifies anything outside of the user's personal
preferences, so it would make more sense for it to be located under
"Personal".
