[Bug 85885] ER-Diagram: "weak entity" isn't weak

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dia

If I add from the ER-sheet a "weak entity" I get a normal entity. The
only way to get a weak is to set the weak attribute manual over the
properties menu.
