[Bug 86239] cannot play a real media video

I cannot play some videos even if I have installed those packages. totem will open the application install window that shows me the package I should install (gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg) but I have already installed it.
I will attach the video!

using reaplayer from canonical repository I'm able to play it
